Benderson buys closed Denny’s in Camillus

The former Denny’s on West Genesee Street in Camillus has been sold for $1.25 million, according to WSYR.

The buyer, DEL Associates XXIV, LLC, is tied to Benderson Development — which owns the surrounding Camillus Commons.

While a leasing sign is now posted on the site, Benderson hasn’t revealed future plans, and no redevelopment proposals have been submitted yet.
