A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash with a passenger vehicle Monday afternoon in the town of Gorham.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to the scene on State Route 247 around 2:30 p.m. The motorcyclist was flown by LifeNet to Strong Memorial Hospital.
Stanley Hall Gorham Ambulance, the Hopewell Fire Department and the Gorham Fire Department assisted at the scene.
Deputies said State Route 247 between County Road 18 and Powell Road, County Road 18 between Middle Road and State Route 247, and Depew Road between Mumby Road and State Route 247 were closed for several hours during the investigation.
