Deputies say a Macedon man was arrested early Sunday after being found asleep behind the wheel in traffic outside a Canandaigua concert venue.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports 41-year-old Michael E. Kier was in the driver’s seat of a pickup truck on Marvin Sands Drive shortly after midnight Aug. 10. Deputies say he was intoxicated and took him into custody.
Kier was issued tickets for driving while intoxicated and released to a sober party. He’s due in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
