A West Henrietta woman is facing charges after deputies say she stole merchandise from a Victor department store.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports 22-year-old Olena Romanu was taken into custody Aug. 8 at Von Maur in Eastview Mall. She’s accused of leaving the store without paying for $121 worth of items.
Romanu is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
