New York State Police, the FBI, and the State Intelligence Center investigated the posts and took Connors into custody at his home on August 2. He was charged with making terroristic threats as a hate crime.

Connors remains in Broome County Jail. State Police are asking anyone with information about the case to call (607) 775-1241.
