A Marion resident was arrested late Friday evening after allegedly violating a court-issued order of protection, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies arrested 37-year-old Justin S. Krocke following a domestic incident in the Town of Marion. Authorities say Krocke was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree for violating a stay-away order.
Krocke was taken to the Wayne County Jail and is scheduled for centralized arraignment on August 3 at 7:00 a.m. He will appear in Marion Town Court at a later date to face the charge.
The case was investigated by Deputy Lewellyn, Deputy Sergeant, Deputy Jenkins, and Deputy Wood.
