New York officials are exploring nuclear power to stabilize its energy grid amid global uncertainty, according to NYSERDA’s Carl Mas.
Gov. State leaders cite supply chain delays, inflation, and federal policy clashes for slowing renewables. As a result, some natural gas plants may stay online longer or be converted to use green hydrogen, pending technological feasibility.
