A Long Island man was arrested early Tuesday morning after a traffic stop in the Town of Waterloo led to charges of driving while intoxicated and operating a vehicle with a suspended license.
Kenneth C. Miller, 32, of Copiague, was pulled over by Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies at approximately 1:30 a.m. on July 30 after he was observed driving 71 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone. Deputies conducted field sobriety tests at the scene, which led to Miller’s arrest for DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, both misdemeanors.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Miller submitted to a breath test that showed a blood alcohol content of 0.10 percent. He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Town Court on August 20.
