Woman charged with grand larceny after shoplifting incident at Victor Target

A Rochester woman was arrested Thursday after allegedly leaving a Target store in Victor with a cart full of unpaid merchandise.

Nichelle Beale, 48, was taken into custody following a shoplifting complaint at the store on Commons Boulevard, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say Beale exited the store without paying for the items in her cart. She was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree.

Beale was transported to the Ontario County Jail for Centralized Arraignment and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
