A well-known restaurant in Alabama, N.Y., went up in flames early Sunday, according to 13WHAM. Crews arrived at Joandy’s Place around 1 a.m. and found the building completely engulfed.
The fire spread to the nearby Two Eagles Smoke Shop, damaging gas pumps and setting its canopy ablaze. Though extinguished, the shop remains without power. Firefighters spent over two hours controlling the blaze, and the cause is still under investigation.
No injuries were reported, but the restaurant was reduced to rubble.
