A domestic dispute in Ontario County turned violent when a man deliberately backed over a woman with his car. The incident happened last November on Lake to Lake Road in Gorham.
Blake Randolph, 27, pleaded guilty to assault and felony aggravated DWI. Authorities say the argument escalated when the 44-year-old woman exited the vehicle, and Randolph reversed into her. She suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at Thompson Hospital.
A judge sentenced Randolph to three years in jail and three years of probation. His conviction follows a guilty plea in the case earlier this year.
