A Marion man was arrested early Friday morning after deputies observed him doing burnouts and speeding in the Town of Palmyra, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies stopped 23-year-old Zachary C. Frizelle around 1:26 a.m. on July 18. Following an investigation, Frizelle was found to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated, with a blood alcohol content of 0.12%.
Frizelle was charged with DWI, unsafe starting, and speeding. He was issued appearance tickets and released. He is scheduled to appear in Palmyra Town Court at a later date.
