Virginia man charged with DWI after Seneca Falls dispute

A Virginia man faces multiple charges following a dispute at a Seneca Falls business that led police to discover he drove there intoxicated.

Police arrested Brian S. Toloza, 41, of Beachland Way, Virginia, on June 17th after investigating the incident. Officers determined Toloza drove to the location while impaired by alcohol.

Toloza faces charges of driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 or higher, and unlicensed operation.

Police issued Toloza an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a future date.
