A Farmington man was arrested early Wednesday morning after allegedly leaving the scene of a domestic incident and driving while intoxicated, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies arrested 22-year-old Kyle T. Stepien at 3:39 a.m. on June 11 after stopping his vehicle on Interstate 90 eastbound. Authorities say he was driving at a high rate of speed after entering the highway from State Route 332.
Following a traffic stop, deputies determined Stepien was intoxicated by alcohol. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and issued tickets for DWI and speeding. Stepien was held at the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court.
