A 48-year-old woman was arrested last week after allegedly damaging property at the Wayne County Social Services office, the Sheriff’s Office reported.
Darlene H. Humby, who is listed as homeless, was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree following a May 29 incident at 77 Water Street in Lyons.
According to deputies, Humby caused an estimated $150 in damage to property at the county facility. She was located and taken to the Wayne County Jail for booking on June 5, where she was fingerprinted and photographed.
Humby was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court on July 15.
