Ira woman charged after domestic altercation involving child

A 20-year-old woman from Ira was arrested after a domestic dispute that allegedly involved violence and took place in front of a toddler, the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office reported.

Deputies charged Brianna L. Dudzinski with menacing in the third degree and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors, after responding to a June 3 incident at a home in the Town of Ira.

Deputies said Dudzinski struck and bit another woman during a fight that occurred while a 2-year-old child was present. She was arraigned at Centralized Arraignment, where a judge issued an order of protection and released her pending a court appearance in Ira.
