Deputies arrest woman at Victor Speedway for heroin possession

A 39-year-old woman was arrested Monday afternoon after Ontario County deputies found suspected heroin in her vehicle outside a Speedway gas station in the Village of Victor.

Sandra L. Pearsall, who is listed as homeless, was taken into custody at approximately 2:55 p.m. and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree.

Deputies responded to the Speedway at 239 West Main Street following a report of a sick or intoxicated driver. Upon arrival, they observed multiple white packages in the vehicle containing a brown substance that later tested positive for heroin.

Pearsall was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
