Auburn woman charged with grand larceny after Target theft

An Auburn woman has been charged with grand larceny following a theft investigation at the Target store located at Eastview Mall in Victor.

According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Jena Marie Gabak, 35, was arrested on June 8 at approximately 3:22 p.m. Deputies allege that Gabak stole merchandise totaling $1,396.78 from the store at 7500 Commons Boulevard.


Gabak was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree and was issued an appearance ticket. She is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.

The investigation was conducted by Deputy Fischer of the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
