Deputies arrested a man on a DWI warrant after a crash at Fillmore Glen State Park left him reportedly unconscious near a truck.
Moses J. Geri, 43, of Summerhill, was taken into custody on May 27 after an investigation into a two-vehicle accident that occurred three days earlier.
On May 24, deputies were called to the park around 11:34 a.m. and found Geri appearing to sleep on the ground near a truck. He was later determined to have been driving the vehicle while intoxicated and was transported to Auburn Community Hospital, where a blood draw was conducted.
A warrant for first-offense DWI was issued, and Geri was arrested and released to appear in Moravia Town Court on June 12 at 6 p.m.
