A Penn Yan woman has been arrested following an investigation into a reported trespass at a village residence, police announced.
Karli-Marie Harbst, 43, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass after she allegedly entered and remained unlawfully in a home on April 28. Authorities said she was located and taken into custody on May 17.
Harbst was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
