  • Staff Report

An Ovid man was arrested Thursday morning for allegedly endangering another person in the Town of Romulus earlier this week.

Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Ricky N. Griswold, 42, around 8:35 a.m. on May 15. He is charged with reckless endangerment in the second degree.

According to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, the charge stems from an incident on May 12 in which Griswold allegedly engaged in conduct that put another person at risk of serious physical injury.

Griswold was processed and released with an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to answer the charge at a later date in the Town of Romulus court.
