Deputies arrested a Rochester woman Sunday evening following a reported shoplifting incident at a department store in the Eastview Mall.
Martita Felong, 46, was taken into custody after allegedly passing all points of sale at Macy’s without paying for $131.99 in merchandise, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrest occurred at 8:10 p.m. after store personnel reported the incident. Authorities did not release additional details about the items involved.
Felong is scheduled to appear in the Town of Victor Court at a later date to answer the charge.
