A Canandaigua man was arrested after allegedly stalking and menacing another individual in a parking lot on West Avenue.
Charles F. Vohs Jr., 46, was taken into custody on April 28 at 6:44 p.m. and charged with fourth-degree stalking and third-degree menacing. The charges followed a report of a disturbance involving aggressive behavior in the parking area.
According to investigators, Vohs followed the victim from a location outside the city to the lot, where he attempted to block the victim’s vehicle with his own. He then exited his car and struck the victim’s driver’s side window multiple times with his fist.
Vohs was arrested at the scene and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
