  • Staff Report

A Waterloo man was arrested early May 1 after police say he struck a victim during a domestic incident in violation of a court order.

The Waterloo Police Department identified the suspect as Eugene A. Dailey, 52. Authorities allege that Dailey hit the victim while a court-ordered order of protection was in effect, and also took the victim’s vehicle without permission.

Officers charged Dailey with criminal contempt in the first degree, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the third degree, and harassment in the second degree. He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
