Legendary sports broadcaster Mike Tirico visited CNY Central on Wednesday.
Known for anchoring Olympic coverage and calling NFL Sunday Night Football, Tirico recently returned as the voice of the NBA on NBC and was inducted into the National Sports Media Association Hall of Fame in 2025.
A Syracuse University Newhouse graduate, Tirico launched his career locally at WTVH. During his visit, he spoke with CNY Central about Syracuse football, NIL, and the evolving world of sports broadcasting.
