A Rochester man already in jail on unrelated charges now faces a grand larceny charge stemming from a theft at a Victor electronics store.
Harley D. Dubois, 40, was arrested on May 7 at the Victor Town Court on a warrant charging him with grand larceny in the fourth degree, a Class E felony.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, the charge follows an investigation into a January 30 incident in which Dubois allegedly stole $1,099 worth of property from the Best Buy located at 7550 Commons Boulevard in Victor.
After his arrest, Dubois was remanded to the custody of the Monroe County Jail, where he was already being held on unrelated charges. Deputies Sosnowsky and Fitzgerald conducted the investigation.
