Geneva native Stan Proffitt will headline the Musical Moments recital series with a solo piano performance on May 9 at the Geneva Public Library, according to event organizers. The free, hour-long concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the library’s Reading Room.
Proffitt’s program features Bach’s full Italian Concerto along with popular hits from artists like the Beatles, Elton John, and Bob Dylan. This marks his fourth appearance in the Musical Moments series, showcasing his wide-ranging musical passions.
The recital is made possible by local donors and volunteers who support the library’s cultural programming efforts.
