Authorities took a man into custody Thursday evening at a home in the Town of Richmond after executing a Violation of Probation Warrant.
Roger Alan Lee, a 59-year-old resident of Honeye, was arrested at 4960 East Lake Road at 8:10 p.m. on a warrant issued out of the Ontario County Court.
Officials reported that Lee was held for Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) and will appear in Ontario County Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
No additional individuals were listed as involved in the incident.
