A Lyons man was arrested for drunk driving early Monday morning after deputies responded to a vehicle and traffic complaint.
Gregory Fry, 24, of Pearl Street, was charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated and failure to use a turn signal.
Deputies say a caller reported that Fry had left his residence while intoxicated. He later failed field sobriety tests and registered a .14% blood alcohol content on a breath test.
Fry was processed and released. He is scheduled for arraignment in Lyons Town Court on May 20 at 8:30 a.m..
