State Police seek witnesses in Sprain Brook Parkway hit and run

New York State Police are investigating a two-vehicle hit and run crash that left at least one person injured early Saturday on the Sprain Brook Parkway. The incident occurred near mile marker 9.4 around 12:30 a.m. on April 27.

Troopers from SP Hawthorne responded to the scene and have launched an active investigation. Authorities are now turning to the public for help in gathering information about the crash.


State Police urge anyone who witnessed the accident or observed any suspicious activity in the area to contact them at (914) 742-6057. Callers are asked to reference RMS# NY2500356057 when providing information.

The investigation remains ongoing as officials work to identify the vehicle and driver involved in the hit and run.
