Deputies arrested a man Friday after investigating a harassment complaint at a Canandaigua apartment complex.
Brandon L. McCarthy, 29, of Whitney Point, was charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree following an incident at 1009 Woodland Park Circle, Apartment 67, according to Ontario County deputies. Authorities responded to the address Thursday afternoon after receiving a report involving McCarthy and Alexis Cornell, 29, of Canandaigua.
McCarthy was taken into custody on Friday and brought before CAP court, where he was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
