Victor McDonald’s employee charged after threatening customer in parking lot

  • Staff Report

Deputies say a McDonald’s worker threatened customers with what appeared to be a handgun during a confrontation in the restaurant’s parking lot in Victor.

Tyree X. Littlejohn, 21, of Shortsville, was arrested on April 24 for criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree and menacing in the second degree, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office. Investigators said Littlejohn, an employee at the McDonald’s on State Route 96, was involved in a verbal argument with customers before retrieving what looked like a semi-automatic pistol from his vehicle.

Deputies say he brandished the weapon in an attempt to intimidate people and disperse the crowd. The item was later determined to be a BB gun that resembled a real handgun. Authorities charged Littlejohn with criminal possession of an imitation pistol.

He was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Victor Court at a later date.
