A Farmington man was arrested Wednesday evening after deputies observed a vehicle speeding on State Route 332 in Canandaigua.
Jackie R. Eiklor, 50, was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, a misdemeanor, and speeding. The arrest occurred at 6:01 p.m. on April 23 after Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies pulled him over for allegedly exceeding the state speed limit.
Deputies transported Eiklor to the Ontario County Jail, where he was processed and later released to a sober third-party. He is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date to respond to the charges.
