Canandaigua man charged in property damage case

A Rush man is facing criminal charges following allegations of property destruction at a residence in Canandaigua.

On April 22, Philip M. Niccloy, 38, was arrested by the City of Canandaigua Police Department and charged with one count of criminal mischief in the third degree.

Authorities allege that on March 30, Niccloy damaged property belonging to another person, with the value of the loss exceeding $250.

Following his arrest, Niccloy was processed and transported to CAP arraignment. He was released and ordered to return to Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
