A Geneva man was arrested Sunday following a dispute at his apartment building that led to harassment charges, police said.
Joel R. Landcastle, 42, was charged with harassment in the second degree after allegedly striking or threatening to strike another person during the altercation, according to Officer Brett Hall.
Police responded to the scene on Castle Street and arrested Landcastle for intentionally causing harassment, annoyance, or alarm. The incident was classified as a crime in progress.
Authorities have not released additional details about the dispute or the individuals involved.
