A Geneva man was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs after crashing his vehicle into a tree Wednesday night in the Town of Gorham, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident at approximately 9:41 p.m. on Kearney Road. The driver, 46-year-old Robert T. Michaels of Savage Road in Geneva, reportedly failed to keep right, veered off the west side of the road, and traveled down an embankment before colliding with a tree.
