A 61-year-old man from Canandaigua was arrested Wednesday afternoon after allegedly urinating on a public sidewalk in the Village of Phelps, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a complaint on Main Street and, following an investigation, identified Roger J. Perrin Jr. of Wells Curtice Road as the individual involved.
Authorities say Perrin urinated in front of a business on the public sidewalk.
Perrin was charged with public lewdness and issued an appearance ticket for Phelps Town Court.
