The Odessa Village Board has filled a trustee vacancy with a familiar face, appointing Kristine Gardner during its first meeting since the March election.
Mayor Dustin Carnes selected Gardner to complete the final year of Alijia Bailey’s term following Bailey’s resignation. Although Gardner had recently stepped down and didn’t seek re-election, she agreed to return, citing a desire to help during what she called “challenging times.”
She joins incumbent Pam Cicconi and newly elected trustees Cindy Emerson and William Horner.
