A small fire at Cornell University’s Center for Jewish Living caused minor smoke, water, and fire damage but no injuries, according to fire officials.
The blaze broke out Sunday night on the first floor of the 104 West Avenue building, which also houses the 104West! kosher dining hall. Fire crews quickly extinguished the flames, and investigators are working to determine the cause.
Cornell Dining has temporarily relocated kosher meal service while repairs are underway at the impacted location.
