North Seneca Ambulance will open its doors to the public on Sunday, June 8, for a community open house event aimed at showcasing the vital work of local emergency medical services. The event will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 1645 N Road in Waterloo.

Residents of all ages are invited to tour the station, meet the crew, and learn more about the life-saving services provided by North Seneca’s EMS professionals. Organizers promise a day full of informative and family-friendly activities designed to engage the community and raise awareness about emergency care.

Visitors will have the chance to explore ambulances and medical equipment up close, watch CPR demonstrations, and ask questions directly to the EMTs and paramedics who serve the area. Kids can enjoy special activities, while attendees of all ages can take home giveaways and enjoy free snacks throughout the day.

The open house will also highlight opportunities for community members to get involved. North Seneca Ambulance is actively seeking new team members through its volunteer program and has career openings for those interested in a future in emergency medical services.

With free admission and programming for all ages, the event offers a unique behind-the-scenes look at the critical role EMS plays in public health and safety.
