The Buffalo Bills entered Monday with just one punter on the roster, so they decided to bring another one in.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the team signed Brad Robbins, a 2023 sixth-round pick of the Cincinnati Bengals.
Robbins played in all 17 games for the Bengals in 2023, averaging 44.3 yards per punt across 76 attempts. He landed 20 punts inside the 20-yard line but struggled with consistency. A quad injury ahead of the 2024 season placed him on injured reserve before being released.
The Bills, who recently released veteran punter Sam Martin, have now brought in Robbins to compete with free-agent signing Jake Camarda for the starting job.
