First responders from multiple departments rushed to the scene of a four-wheeler crash Sunday afternoon near Denman Road and East Loop Road in Cayuga County.

Cayuga/Seneca Fire Wire reported that Montezuma Rescue, Throop Fire, Auburn City Ambulance, and Jordan Ambulance were all dispatched to the location. Units began responding just before 5 p.m.

Montezuma Squad 1 was the first to arrive, followed closely by Montezuma Command 1 and Montezuma Rp1. Officials checked for a medevac as a precaution, indicating concerns about potential injuries.

Throop and Jordan arrived on scene a few minutes later. By that point, coordination was underway between units at the intersection of East Loop and Route 31.

Jordan later transported a patient to the hospital. No additional information was released about the condition of those involved.
