A Lyons teenager was arrested late Saturday night after police say she threatened to shoot a man and showed up at his home.
Marissa O’Hearn, 18, faces a charge of second-degree aggravated harassment following the incident, which occurred around 10:47 p.m. on March 23. According to the Waterloo Police Department, O’Hearn sent the victim text messages threatening physical harm and to shoot him before arriving at his residence.
Police took O’Hearn into custody and transported her to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment. Authorities requested an order of protection on behalf of the victim.
The Waterloo Police Department received assistance from the Seneca Falls Police Department, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, and the New York State Police.
