TC3 seeks community input on new strategic plan

Tompkins Cortland Community College is gathering public feedback for its 2025-28 strategic plan through an online survey available until early April. The plan will focus on accountability, innovation, career development, and inclusivity.

Michelle Nightingale, TC3’s dean of organizational development, emphasized the importance of community input, noting a strong response in 2019. The survey, which takes 5-10 minutes to complete, allows participants to share thoughts on the college’s strengths, challenges, and future direction.

TC3 aims to finalize the plan by June, with board approval expected by July 1. College leaders stress that community voices are essential in shaping TC3’s role in workforce development and education.
