  • Staff Report

A Dundee woman was arrested following a domestic incident in Barrington that left one person injured, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies took 36-year-old Andrea M. Bailey into custody on March 21 after an arrest warrant was issued by the Town of Barrington Court. The charges stem from a physical altercation that occurred around 4 a.m. on March 20. Authorities say Bailey injured another person while an order of protection was in place. She also allegedly damaged the victim’s phone to prevent them from calling for help.

Bailey faces multiple charges, including burglary, aggravated family offense, first-degree criminal contempt, two counts of criminal mischief, and third-degree assault. She was transported to Yates County Court to await CAP Court proceedings.
