Canandaigua woman charged with DWI after being found on City Pier

A Canandaigua woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated after police found her vehicle parked on the City Pier after closing hours.

The Canandaigua Police Department arrested Hannah B. Lochner, 23, on March 16 at 3:00 a.m. Officers discovered Lochner in her vehicle after the park had closed for the night. Further investigation determined that she had operated the vehicle while intoxicated before parking.

Lochner was taken into custody and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
