A Bloomfield man has been charged with predatory sexual assault against a child and endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.

Zachary S. Rogers, 40, of 7071 Tilton Road, was arrested on March 14 after authorities determined he had criminal sexual contact with a child under the age of 13. He was taken into custody on an indictment warrant and arraigned in Ontario County Court.

The court set Rogers’ bail at $75,000 cash or $150,000 bond. He is scheduled to reappear for further proceedings at a later date.
