Steuben County’s first state-licensed cannabis dispensary has opened in Corning, according to WETM. Culture Canna Co. launched its Market Street storefront on March 19, offering locally sourced, state-tested cannabis products for both recreational and therapeutic use.

Co-owners Matthew Coley and Mark Kamandulis emphasized their commitment to community values, sourcing from nearby cities like Elmira and Ithaca and ensuring all products meet safety standards. The shop aims to support wellness as much as recreation.

After a two-and-a-half-year approval process, the store now operates six days a week, with hopes of becoming a valued part of the downtown business scene.
