Baseball fans can now secure their tickets for the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division III World Series, set to return to Falcon Park over Memorial Day weekend. Hosted by Cayuga Community College in partnership with the City of Auburn, the championship tournament will bring eight teams from across the country to compete for the national title from May 24-28 or May 29.

Tickets for the highly anticipated event are currently on sale at Cayuga Community College and the New York State Equal Rights Heritage Center in Auburn. Fans can take advantage of half-price pre-sale tickets available until May 19. Tickets can be purchased at the Heritage Center, located at 25 South Street, Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets at Cayuga Community College can be obtained by contacting College Comptroller Joelle McLaughlin via email at [email protected]. Full-price tickets will also be available at the gate during the tournament.

Cayuga Community College President Dr. Brian Durant emphasized the significance of hosting the championship. “Cayuga Community College is proud to host this premiere championship and to partner with the City of Auburn to make this experience memorable for the competing teams and area fans and businesses,” Durant said. “This is a tremendous opportunity to enjoy championship baseball, but also to showcase Falcon Park and all that makes our region unique.”

Auburn Mayor James N. Giannettino, Jr. echoed Durant’s enthusiasm, noting the tournament’s impact on the city. “The City of Auburn is excited to again partner with Cayuga Community College to host the final eight teams that will travel to Falcon Park from around the country to compete in the 2025 NJCAA Division III Men’s Baseball World Series,” he said. “This national tournament is a great opportunity for local fans to welcome these teams to Auburn and watch some exciting baseball prior to the Doubledays summer season.”

This year marks the second consecutive spring that Cayuga Community College has hosted the NJCAA Division III World Series, with plans to do so again in 2027. The 2024 tournament saw teams from Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Virginia battle for the title, with Rowan College of South Jersey–Gloucester emerging victorious. Organizers expect the 2025 tournament to once again bring an influx of visitors, filling local hotels and supporting businesses throughout the region.
