The Buffalo Bills longest-tenured player is staying with the team for four more years.
Long-snapper Reid Ferguson, who was set to become a free agent in a few days, signed a four-year contract extension that will keep him in Buffalo through the 2028 season, the club announced Saturday.
Ferguson, 30, first joined the Bills in 2016 as an undrafted free agent out of LSU. After spending his rookie season on the practice squad, he has been a consistent presence, playing in every regular-season game over the past eight years while also appearing in 13 postseason matchups.
Ferguson joins defensive end Greg Rousseau, linebacker Terrel Bernard, and wide receiver Khalil Shakir as Bills who have agreed to new contracts in recent days.
